Producer Chris “Gotti” Lorenzo was all smiles as his league, the Clash Professional League (CPL), tipped off its inaugural season at the PAL Harlem Center in New York City. “The Clash Pro League is one of a kind. We’ve incorporated some of the best streetball players in NYC, from D1 players to overseas players, and even a gold medalist who competed in the 3-on-3 tournament at the Olympics,” said Lorenzo. “The NBA has the most elite athletes in this space. I do not wanna compete with the NBA, but what I am doing is affording a different way for these players who have nowhere to go to continue their career in basketball.” All eight teams will be in action, and fans can attend the games in person or watch on the ClashTV App or ClashTV’s YouTube Channel.
