Sergio Hudson knows exactly what he’s doing. With his Fall/Winter 2025 collection, the designer took American sportswear—often synonymous with preppy, polished minimalism—and injected it with his signature brand of unapologetic glamour. Think high-impact tailoring, rich textures and a color palette that toes the line between classic and electric. This is the Sergio Hudson era of American sportswear, where timeless staples get a sleek, modern remix, and sophistication comes with a side of confidence.

This season’s palette leaned into moody elegance, with deep navy, hunter green and burgundy setting the tone, while chartreuse and electric blue provided just the right amount of pop. But it’s the textures that really took center stage—wool suiting, mohair coats and suede trenches all exuded luxury, while chunky knit sweaters (a first for the brand) added a fresh, cozy dimension. And then there’s the footwear. A collaboration with Stuart Weitzman brought us an exclusive capsule collection of stilettos, booties and pumps that perfectly complement the collection’s refined yet daring energy.

Perhaps the biggest flex? The return of menswear for a second season. And Hudson didn’t just dip his toe in—he went full throttle. Mongolian fur coats, leather trenches and razor-sharp tailoring made it clear that the Sergio Hudson man is here to be seen. These aren’t afterthoughts; they’re intentional, powerful and just as meticulously crafted as the womenswear.

Hudson has always understood the art of power dressing, but with this collection, he’s expanding the narrative. Fall/Winter 2025 isn’t just about looking polished—it’s about commanding attention. It’s about showing up, taking up space and knowing you belong. Hudson’s vision for American sportswear isn’t about blending in—it’s about standing out. And honestly? We wouldn’t have it any other way.
