The beloved Tony Award-winning musical which puts a magical twist on all your favorite Brothers Grimm Fairy Tales which you thought you knew. As Cinderella, Jack of Beanstalk fame, Little Red Ridinghood, Rapunzel and more dare to venture into the woods, their lives and stories intertwine with a humble Baker and his Wife, trying to dispel a Witch’s curse on their family. This modern classic is everything you could wish for in a musical. Directed by David Hsieh, with Music Directed by Jim Fisher and the choreography of Scot Charles Anderson, this excerpt including the Act 1 Finale “Ever After” features Emjoy Gavino as Cinderella, Timothy Glynn as her Prince, David Ige as the Baker, Kristen Hurst as his Wife, Barry L. Snarr as the Narrator, Melissa Mason as Florinda, Megan Parker as Lucinda, and Crystal Dawn Munkers as the Witch leading our entire cast. Performances took place at the Langston Hughes Performing Arts Center. ReAct received a 2004 Footlight Award for Best Production for this musical from The Seattle Times.
