Over three quarters of black theatre professionals say they’ve been the victim of racial discrimination, according to a new report.
Conducted by the Black British Theatre Awards, the report found that despite diversity on stage improving, those applying for jobs offstage are at a particular disadvantage, with 53% of those surveyed saying they experienced racial discrimination when applying.
