You cannot write the history of Black music and entertainment without Quincy Jones. During his 70 year artistic career as a musician, producer and composer, his impact has been felt throughout our culture. According to a statement from his family, Jones died Sunday night at the age of 91, at his home in Bel Air, Calif.
