In this vlog, I visited two thrift shops in Seattle – the Goodwill in Capitol Hill and Crossroads Trading Co. There is another thrift shop nearby Crossroads, we would have hit up all three but ’tis is life!

MY REVIEW:
I was able to find more things at the Goodwill, and although Crossroads has a lot of nice options, a lot of it, unfortunately, did not fit me in the way that I hoped it would. It’s a consignment shop and if you’re a bit more petite, you’ll definitely find more options there. They have tons of different styles and clothing in trend. Their shoe options are to die for! But of course, none in my size haha. It was nice to visit and walk around, it’s pretty big for a thrift shop and I was pretty pleased by their options. It’s pretty clean and like I said, there are nearby thrift shops and tons of restaurants nearby. If you’re visiting and want to hit up a thrift shop, I would definitely recommend Crossroads since there’s tons to do and a nice area to walk around and spend the day at.
As far as the Goodwill, it is big as well, they have a downstairs area which I didn’t check out but they had tons of nice clothing there. The striped top that I got was in their “fashion” section, so they have clothes that are a bit more pricey in the front since it’s more fashion forward. I did find nice things in the other sections but the line to the dressing room was sooo long that I had to make do and guess what would and wouldn’t fit me. I would definitely go back again to this one, maybe earlier in the day where I can have more of the store to myself, lol. As far as the area goes, you probably already can tell that it’s an OK area. You can pay for day parking if you wanted to walk around but there’s also parking for Goodwill customers on the other side and a taco shop/restaurant next to the store which was cool. This Goodwill was not far from Crossroads either, so if you want to walk that’s definitely doable (especially if you pay for expensive ass parking, lol) so it’s all very close by with tons of stuff to do!
