Here we explored several articles where artists shared their struggles with crack. It was a cool thing to do at the time. Some artists believed then that it made them sing better. But, it ended up wrecking many lives and careers, with some ended up as crack addicts, homeless or worst. Gregory Isaacs who spoke on the drug addiction himself by saying crack was the greatest college he had ever attended, yet the one with the most expensive tuition. He lost his teeth and suffered because of his drug use. It was stated that since his passing, his wife advocates for anti-drug use. History proves that drugs aren’t worth the consequences, the loss of control and the health issues as some of the very artists who went through it advise others to say no to drugs.
