This video was recorded to show the lean design principles at the Seattle Children’s Hospital. From the elevator to the check in process, and all the way to recovery, each and every aspect of the surgery was planned, mapped and adjusted to keep everything flowing in one direction. Seattle Children’s is proud to show off their Bellevue Clinic and Surgery Center as a great example of what good healthcare looks like.
