Kanye West’s Ex-Assistant Accuses Him Of Drugging & Sexually Assaulting Her While At Diddy’s Studio Session

Kanye West‘s ex-assistant, Lauren Pisciotta, recently filed a lawsuit against the rapper, claiming that he sexually assaulted her while in a studio session with Sean “Diddy” Combs. This comes after a June 2024 lawsuit where Pisciotta claimed sexual harassment while working for the rapper and wrongful termination.

According to Page Six, Pisciotta, who is also a model, amended the June 2024 complaint to include newfound information. She alleges that while the two were in a studio session, she was given a drink that was “laced with an unidentified drug,” and West was the one who had the drink made for her.

She further alleges that after taking the drink, she later felt “less control of her body and speech.” While she woke up the next morning feeling sick and shameful, she was unsure of the details. She became aware of the alleged drugging “much later.

The former OnlyFans model states that West later told her they “did kind of hook up a little one time,” confirming her suspicions. The filed complaint alleges that the confession stemmed from West being pressured by his then-wife, Kim Kardashian. The reality TV star had begun to assert that her husband and Pisciotta were having an affair, which caused the “Gold Digger” rapper to come clean. West’s ex-assistant claims she knew she had to quit once she became privy to this information.

“Still to that day, up until that conversation and revelations of true facts and actions taken that night, Plaintiff did not know or think she was sexually assaulted that night, as Plaintiff only thought she was roofied by a studio assistant, likely embarrassed herself and then took the blame,” the filing stated.

In the amended complaint, it is revealed that Pisciotta was fired shortly after the studio session. Before the filing was amended, the ex-assistant stated that she was owed $3 million in severance. According to Page Six, she originally collected $1 million in salary. However, West requested that she delete her OnlyFans page, from which she made an additional $1 million. To combat the loss in salary, West promised a $2 million raise. Pisciotta claims she never received the money.

While working for West, Pisciotta claims she often received texts harassing her.

“See my problem is I be wanting to f–k but then after I f–k I want a girl to tell me how hard they been f–ked while I’m f–ing them. Then I want her to cheat on me,” one alleged text reads.

West’s former employee also claims she would receive private photos of male and female Yeezy employees. The filing also claims that West masturbated while sitting next to his assistant. He would also allegedly get angry when Pisciotta would reject his offers of sex.

In response to Pisciotta’s June 2024 suit, West’s team claimed her filing was “baseless.” His team also claims that it was her that was trying to make sexual advances towards the 47-year-old.

“Prior to her termination as an assistant, Ms. Pisciotta stole his cell phone in an attempt to destroy phone records that would contradict her claims, all of which have been preserved,” West’s lawyer stated. “She was terminated for being unqualified, demanding unreasonable sums of money (including a $4 million annual salary) and numerous documented incidents of her lascivious, unhinged conduct.”

Though Diddy was named in the suit as a co-host of the studio session, he has not been named for any wrongdoing.
