Billy Colbert
Billy Colbert is a Philadelphia based artist, whose work is highly charged with social/political/historical imagery. He has had solo exhibitions throughout the United States, and his art has been part of larger collections in such places as the National Academy of Arts and Sciences, Washington D.C. and the African American Museum in Dallas. In 2023, Colbert’s work became part of the permanent collection of the National Gallery of Art and the Library of Congress, (Washington, D.C.)
