Sephora Opens 2025 Accelerate Program for BIPOC Beauty Founders: How to Apply

Sephora is officially accepting applications for its 2025 Accelerate Program through September 23. If you’re a BIPOC+ beauty founder with dreams of taking your brand to the next level, this is your shot.

The Accelerate Program is Sephora’s long-standing incubator. It’s all about empowering emerging BIPOC+ entrepreneurs, giving them the tools, mentorship and resources they need to make waves in the beauty industry. And trust, Sephora’s not playing—they’ve been committed to this since 2021 when they revamped the program to focus exclusively on BIPOC+ founders as part of their 15 Percent Pledge.

Celebrating its 10th year, Sephora’s Accelerate Program is all about nurturing the next generation of beauty innovators. Over its six-month journey, participants get a 360-degree curriculum covering everything from brand-building and merchandising to investor connections and grants. Plus, each founder is paired with a dedicated advisory team that includes a financial expert, a legacy industry mentor and a current founder from Sephora’s portfolio to ensure they get that tailored support. Oh, and did we mention this could also be your potential gateway to launch at Sephora?

If you’re serious about getting your brand out there, this is the program to be a part of. Some brands that have come through the Accelerate Program and are now on Sephora shelves include 54 Thrones, Topicals, BROWN GIRL Jane, Kulfi and more.
