Things to do in Seattle for a weekend! Being a tourist for the weekend and headed over to none other than Pike Place! It was crowded with people this Saturday probably since it was sunny in Seattle — we tried out Beecher’s “World’s Best” Mac & Cheese. After that, we headed over to Saigon Deli down in International District. I’d highly recommend this place for banh mis and other authentic Viet food. Later that night, we headed to Redhook Brewlab to meet up with a few of Alex’s friends and had a blast meeting them all!
On Sunday, we headed over to Henry Art Gallery — we haven’t been to a gallery or museum in over a year, which made this occasion extra special. We felt like complete tourists on UW’s campus. It was the first time there and I was shocked at how beautiful and grande it was!
